Service Rules

This is a translation. The binding text of these Rules is the Russian one — see the Russian version. The translation is here so you can read the Rules in English; where the two differ, the Russian text governs. Questions about any clause: support@everhoot.com.

1. General provisions

These Rules govern the use of the EverHoot service and form an integral part of the public offer. Starting to use the Service means agreeing to these Rules.

2. What the Service is

EverHoot is a bot and a mini app in Telegram that give the User:

• receiving messages through a personal link without revealing the owner’s account;
• scheduled and recurring publishing of materials in channels;
• automatic moderation of groups according to rules the User sets;
• review of posts suggested by the channel’s subscribers.

3. The incognito is one-way

The Service hides the account of the owner of the link: the person writing does not see whom they are writing to. The reverse is not true — the owner of the link sees the sender. The User undertakes not to claim to third parties that the correspondence is fully anonymous and not to use the Service to mislead people.

4. Prohibited actions

When using the Service it is prohibited to:

• violate the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Telegram Terms of Service;
• distribute spam, malware, phishing and fraudulent materials;
• post materials containing incitement to violence, hate speech, child pornography or other unlawful content;
• use incognito contacts for threats, blackmail, extortion, stalking, harassment and insults;
• distribute personal data of third parties without their consent;
• use the Service to circumvent Telegram’s blocks and moderation mechanisms;
• create accounts automatically, or generate load that prevents the Service from working for other users;
• impersonate the Service administration or other people.

5. Incognito contacts: what matters

Hiding the account works only inside the Service interface: the other person does not see who owns the link. This is not anonymity towards the Provider, nor protection from being identified in the manner prescribed by law.

The contacts you create are linked to the owner’s Telegram account. Information about the owner and the correspondence is stored to the extent and for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy, and is disclosed upon a reasoned request from authorised bodies.

If someone is threatened through your contact, extorted, or has their personal data spread, you as the owner of the link will answer for it. The Service is meant for lawful communication: questions, feedback, incoming requests.

Received a threat or an unlawful message through the Service — write to support@everhoot.com. Reports are accepted for review within three business days.

6. Responsibility for content

The User is responsible for the materials placed and received through the Service. The Provider does not moderate content in advance. Where a violation is identified or a substantiated complaint is received, access may be restricted under clause 3.1 of the offer. Violations are detected, among other means, through selective reviews of the materials posted and transmitted.

7. Group moderation

The rules of automatic moderation are set by the User. The Provider is not responsible for decisions the Service makes according to the rules the User configured, including deleting messages and restricting members. Every action is recorded in the journal and can be undone by the User.

8. Complaints and requests

Complaints about content, about users’ actions and questions about the Service are sent to support@everhoot.com. A report is accepted for review within 3 (three) business days; a reply on the merits is sent within no more than 30 calendar days.

9. Availability of the Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for failures caused by Telegram, the hosting provider or communication channels.

10. Ending use and deleting the account

The User may stop using the Service and delete their account at any time — with the /delete command in the bot chat or in the app settings. The deletion is confirmed by a separate action.

From the moment of confirmation the Service is suspended: incognito contacts stop accepting messages, scheduled posts are moved to drafts, group moderation is not performed. Within 90 days the request can be cancelled, after which the Service works as before. Once 90 days pass, the profile, correspondence, posts and uploaded files are deleted irreversibly; the storage periods for the remaining information are set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Rules

A new revision takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. Where the change is material, the Service asks the User for consent again before continuing.

12. Contacts
